Returns Policy

This policy covers physical ViewTheirLife plaques purchased on our website. Questions: hello@viewtheirlife.com.

Before the plaque ships

If you change your mind before we have dispatched your order, email us with your Order ID. We will cancel and refund where we reasonably can.

UK / EU cooling-off (distance selling)

If you are a consumer in the UK (or where similar rules apply), you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email hello@viewtheirlife.com with your Order ID to start a return. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged plaques

If a plaque arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom / activated memorials

Once a plaque QR has been linked to your order and a memorial page set up, the physical plaque is personalised to that digital page. We may refuse a change-of-mind return for linked plaques where we cannot reasonably resell them, except where the product is faulty or not as described, or where the law requires a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or of you proving return, if earlier). Shipping charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
